What is it
ATA
ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) lets you plug analog devices into an existing LAN, emulating POTS
without having to upgrade PBX equipment.
Granite EPIK
MFVN (Managed Facilities-based Voice Network) is a direct POTS replacement that
supports voice, alarms, elevators, meters and many other analog devices using wireless LTE connectivity as
primary access. Patented technology provides a Class 5 Softswitch, peered directly with the PSTN using SS7
protocol.
SIP Trunks and Emulated PRI
SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) trunks enable VoIP lines to be
connected to a traditional PRI or IP on-premises PBX, tapping our state-of-the-art voice optimized network.
With a Granite SIP to PRI adapter SIP trunks can replace a PRI circuit, enabling the use of SIP trunks with
PBX devices that require a PRI handoff. Whether native SIP or emulated PRI, Granite SIP trunks are typically
delivered over Granite private network transport for end-to-end monitoring and control.
Voice over Cable
MFVN solution that uses an onsite cable connection with an eMTA (embedded
multimedia terminal adapter) terminating in an RJ11 jack to plug in analog device; supports 8 lines; can
expand by stacking up to 24 eMTAs.
